We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
For patients who require major work, and who are a long time patient in our office, a complete payment plan can be designed with an appropriate payment schedule to help you pay the treatment you require.
We also offer CareCredit, a program that help you pay your bills with 0% APR for up to twelve months. Read more about how CareCredit works here: how CareCredit works.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, all major credit and debit cards, money orders or registered checks. CareCredit is also available as an option to you.
Working With Insurance
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Altus Dental and accept most insurance plans such as Metlife, Aetna, Guardian, United Concordia, etc.
Your insurance benefits is contractually determined between you, your employer and the insurance company, not your dentist. We will be more than happy to estimate your coverage, submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits; however we cannot guarantee any insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage and benefits are your responsibility.
Any deductible or estimated co-payment will be due at the time of treatment. If your insurance company has not paid your account in full within 90 days, the remaining balance will become your responsibility.
Appointment Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. An extensive amount of time and resources are required to save you this time.
- For any reservations over one and a half hours, we require a deposit of $50 to make your reservation.
- Broken appointments will incur a charge of $25 (includes appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance). If you find that you must change your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we may make every effort to accommodate other patients.
